Oak Leaves Embroidery Kit

Oakleaf Now you can have a go at embroidering your own jewellery.

Taking the distinctive shape of the turkey-oak leaf, I've designed a brooch and pair of earrings, stitched in glossy threads and finished with mother-of-pearl and silver-lined seed beads. Clear, illustrated instructions take you through each stage, with a special colour 'masterclass' about shading.

You don't need a fancy machine, but you do need a machine on which you can disengage the feed dog teeth; some machines have an embroidery plate which screws on, others have a switch. Check your machine manual to find out.
I advise some experience of free machine embroidery for this project.

Price: £ 19.95 including post and packing
